Property Managers and Boards of Directors will receive a detailed design proposal based on the determinations made during the preliminary on-site consultation. This proposal will outline the specifics of the proposed scope of work, our services, deliverables, and associated fees.

Signature Design Service
This is where the fun begins! In contrast to many design companies, we believe that collaboration is the basis to achieving your desired outcome. We work with you, guiding you and sharing arrays of potential material options so that you feel confident with the final selections. Our commitment to maintain this collaborative approach throughout all phases ensures that projects are completed on time, on budget and with no surprises.
