Whether you need a comprehensive design service to handle a whole home renovation or simply some preliminary guidance to help get you started, Altered States Interior Design would be pleased to lend our expertise. Our residential projects encompass everything from single room renovations to complete home and condo re-models. Unlike some design firms, we believe that you do not always have to start from scratch. We will work to incorporate your treasured pieces while still creating an exciting, new and functional surrounding.

One of the most important attributes of successful design is flexibility: to be able to adapt the design to the specific constraints of a project, a client’s tastes and their specific objectives. Step 1

Discovery Call

Whether your intention be to transform your whole home or just a few elements, a complimentary Discovery Call is the first step in our process. During this conversation we will discuss your design needs, explain how we work and answer any questions you may have about our services. Designing a client’s home is something we take very personally and it’s important that you feel we are a good fit for your project.

Step 2

In-Home Consultation

During this preliminary 1 hour visit, we will cover any “homework” you may have done already, discuss your visions and wish lists, and have you take us on a walk-through of the spaces to be renovated. We will identify any potential issues, provide you with suggestions for solutions and give you detailed design advice that you can follow independently or with our guidance.

Investment: $250 + HST

Step 3

Signature Design Service

You love our ideas and are excited at the prospect of not having to worry about sourcing materials, finding qualified tradespeople, or facing daunting project coordination. We aim to remove the renovation stress by providing a full-service experience from creative design concepts to final installations.

Investment is project dependent, but we would be pleased to work with you to create a design plan that meets your budget and hopes for your home’s transformation.
